Come up with ideas and develop purchasing plans, always ensure the stability of purchasing activities.
Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used
Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
Developing risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages.
Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
Search, research, collect information sources, evaluate the effectiveness of goods suppliers in the market. From there, it helps the company choose the most suitable partners.
Negotiate directly with partners on terms of quantity, materials, and price.
Complaints to partners when material problems occur that do not comply with the agreement.
Directly inspect and monitor partners' supplies of goods in terms of quantity, delivery time, quality, based on the agreements signed in the contract.

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree
Min 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role.
Fluent English skills 
Excellent listening skills and verbal communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong organization skills
Outstanding management skills
