Job Description
Comply with Company Safety requirements & Policies.
Plan and manage project schedules and on-site execution.
Supervise contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Control quality, cost, and contract performance.
Coordinate approvals, respond to contractor queries, and issue necessary instructions.
Evaluate design changes, variations, and claims.
Participating in contractor selection, reviewing bidding documents, and evaluation of technology solutions offered by contractors.
Draft, summarize and finalize contracts and carry out contract-related procedures.
Verify contractor progress payments with QS.
Inspect and review dossiers of pre-acceptance test, payment and settlement of contracts.
Perform other requirements of manager under the assigned field of expertise
Meeting with supervisors/managers (when necessary).
Organize meeting with contractors.
Collate and distribute correspondence, minutes, reports etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree of Technology – Major in civil/ structural engineering/ construction
Hold Supervisor Certificate from MOC
Knowledge of project management
Computer skills (MS office, MS. Project, Autocad, Internet ...)
Knowledge of project human resource management
Knowledge of bidding (including international bidding)
Knowledge of Cost Management
English skill: Reading, Listening and Speaking the English document
Skills: Risk management, work under pressure, time and schedule management, teamwork
