JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategic Account Development: Identify and research high-potential corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Proposal Leadership: Lead the end-to-end development of complex corporate proposals, including RFI/RFP responses, pitch decks, and detailed solution outlines.
• Executive Collaboration: Work directly and collaboratively with the CEO and CFO to align sales strategies with company goals, gather critical financial and operational data for proposals, and gain executive sponsorship for key initiatives.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within target organizations.
• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges, objectives, and pain points, informing the customization of proposals.
• Solution Articulation: Clearly and persuasively articulate our company's value proposition
and the benefits of our solutions to prospective clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and effectively close complex corporate sales deals,
ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market demands to inform sales strategies and proposal content.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to the CEO and CFO on sales pipeline, forecast, and strategic account progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
