Navigos search's client is manufacturer in Display field, finding suitable talents with below responsibilities
- Build and coordinate maintenance routines, with a proactive approach to potential technical risks and resource preparation.
- Conduct performance tracking and issue mapping based on machine operation and production consistency.
- Monitor resource consumption trends and provide recommendations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee workplace organization standards in the technical zone and propose enhancements where needed.
- Collaborate in quality framework development during new product setup stages, especially from an equipment perspective.
- Document technical handling guides and procedural flows to support knowledge sharing and skills development for technical staff.
- Contribute ideas to optimize the overall system performance and reliability of equipment operations.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or related Engineering disciplines. Equivalent experience in FDI companies will also be considered.
- Open to fresh graduates with strong learning potential.
- Effective communi
