Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth in Vietnam. The manager will focus on selling machinery designed for magnetising and measuring magnetic materials. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the industries related to our business, such as electrical motors, automotive, and measuring labs in companies and university contexts, and have a strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy aimed at increasing market share in Vietnam’s industrial magnetic sectors.
- Identify and engage with potential customers and public bureaus, including manufacturers of electrical components, sensors, motors, and other related products that rely on magnetising and magnetic measurement processes.
- Identify and engage with local distributors to promote our products in the local market.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client technical requirements and work closely with internal teams to tailor machinery solutions that meet those needs.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring successful onboarding of new clients.
- Indicate the human resources necessary to support the business targets (additional sales, technicians) and coordinate them from HR research to training and operative deployment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitive developments in the magnetising and magnetic measurement space.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s solutions and establish a strong presence in the market.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement and customisation to meet local demands.
- Coordinate the activities with the Headquarters to meet local targets and improve efficiency.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives in the region.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within electrical machinery or industrial equipment sectors.
